Our team is composed of professionals with degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems, complemented by an MBA in Corporate Finance and numerous business-focused extension courses from leading institutions such as MIT, Harvard, and Stanford. We bring extensive experience in the food service industry and small business operations, combining academic excellence with hands-on expertise. We've worked for major corporations and have successfully owned and operated businesses ourselves.
